The houses are located in the “Priam” neighborhood in Çagllavicë, approximately 4 km from the center of Prishtina. Six different house types were designed — A, B, C, D, E-duplex and G-Luxury — with a G+1 structure and varying floor areas.

They are organized into urban blocks consisting of single and semi-detached houses. The ground floor includes the shared living spaces, while the first floor is dedicated to the sleeping areas. Some of the models also include a garage.

The architecture is based on the urban plan, with regular structures and cantilevered elements that create a play of light and shadow, giving the houses a distinctive architectural form.
