The outdoor area is dedicated to sports activities and includes football fields, parking spaces and a stand with a capacity of up to 840 spectators. This space provides ideal conditions for sports activities and supports spectators attending matches and events.

The building is designed to support educational and professional activities, including classrooms for lectures, conference rooms and a canteen for students and coaches. Its design provides a comfortable and functional environment for learning, training and the development of football players and sports professionals.
