The reconstruction project of the swimming pool in Gërmia included the planning and design of several key areas of the complex:

1. Reducing the depth of the swimming pool from the existing maximum depth of 4.5 m to a maximum depth of 1.8 m;
2. Walking paths, expansion of sunbathing terrace areas, changing rooms, sports courts and toilets, café-bar, green areas, etc.;
3. Sports areas, including tennis courts;
4. Restaurant
5. Parking areas

The project was designed in accordance with international standards for outdoor swimming pools.
