The 20-classroom primary school is planned to accommodate up to 700 students per shift. The building includes classrooms, laboratories, social spaces, a library, a sports hall, administration areas, rooms for the psychologist and doctor, archive, IT room, sanitary facilities, technical rooms and other supporting spaces.

Due to the terrain slope of approximately 10% and the functional requirements of a school building, the design is organized through different levels and volumes, ensuring efficient use for students and accessibility for persons with disabilities.

The school building is developed through a clear geometric layout, with regular forms, straight lines and cubic volumes. The outdoor sports areas include three courts: a small football field, a basketball court and a volleyball court.

Parking areas are provided for school staff and are connected with pedestrian paths that link all parts of the courtyard with the school building. Green areas cover more than 55% of the total plot area.
