The memorial complex of the KLA Martyrs’ Cemetery is located in Morinë, Skenderaj, approximately 42 km from Prishtina and 10 km from Skenderaj. Built in 2005, it contains the graves of all Martyrs of Kosovo. Within this complex, an expansion for the KLA Veterans’ Cemetery of the Operational Zone of Drenica was planned.

The urban concept for the placement of the martyrs’ graves is shaped by the wings of an eagle, extending on both sides of the existing road. On one side, 1,240 graves are arranged, while the other side follows the same symbolic form. The use of local stone is designed to symbolize the stone tower of Plluzhinë.

As a whole, the urban composition creates order and continuity, achieving a steady rhythm through a refined architectural form
