The municipal administration building of Skenderaj was designed to accommodate approximately 200 administrative employees. The building includes spaces such as the assembly hall, offices for the municipal leadership and relevant departments, civil service counters, a buffet, archive, as well as indoor and outdoor parking areas.

The building’s organization is structured around a central vertical communication core, through which the other spaces function and connect efficiently.
Special attention was given to the urban aspect and the movement of users within the interior spaces, particularly accessibility for persons with disabilities and wheelchair users, as well as the provision of emergency exits.
