The new building is designed to meet the latest standards for nearly zero-energy buildings (nZEB) and is located within the ITP campus.

The facility will serve as a Center of Excellence for Information and Communication Technologies under the Ministry of Economy, promoting energy efficiency, innovation and sustainable building practices.
