The urban concept, zoning and detailed urban plan were developed for a residential neighborhood with individual housing units in Çagllavicë, Prishtina.

The planning approach focused on creating a well-structured and functional living environment, with clearly defined residential zones, internal roads, green areas and supporting public spaces. The neighborhood was designed to provide a balance between privacy, accessibility and community interaction, while ensuring a harmonious relationship between the built structures and the surrounding landscape.

Through its organized urban layout and human-scale residential character, the development aims to offer comfortable living conditions and a sustainable model for suburban housing near the capital.
