The proposed masterplan integrates an urban center along an 8+3 km canal that connects two lakes filled by the sea. It includes residential, commercial and recreational zones.

The areas near the lake are optimized for water-based activities and ecological preservation. Along the canal, a scenic promenade includes restaurants, shops and leisure facilities. Green spaces and integrated parks are incorporated as relaxation strategies, emphasizing the synergy between the city and nature, as well as sustainability.
