The “Dua” Complex is located in the Veternik neighborhood of Prishtina. The buildings are designed with a compact form, featuring extended volumes that create terraces and balconies throughout the complex. The commercial area is developed on two levels, on the ground floor and the first floor. These spaces are flexible and can be combined to create larger business units. A key feature of the complex is the integration of green spaces around the buildings and landscaped terraces on the rooftops.
