The residential building was designed and constructed in the Arbëria 3 neighborhood of Prishtina, on a site with a steep slope. The project is developed through two architectural volumes, with terraced and stepped residential units adapted to the terrain.

The building is oriented toward open views of the city, reflecting the character of its location, commonly known as the “Veranda of Prishtina”.
